Use of the app
Furniture Planner supports custom furniture and kitchen design, visualization, estimates, documentation and panel cutting. It does not require a separate app account. Features depend on the plan and supported device.
You are responsible for checking project data, actual dimensions and installation conditions before ordering materials or making furniture.
Production verification
2D, Live 3D and AR previews, material lists, PDFs, CSVs and cutting layouts are planning tools, not a guarantee of manufacturing accuracy. Check dimensions, tolerances, thicknesses, gaps, grain direction, edge banding, saw kerf, sheet sizes and hardware requirements.
For Kitchen projects, also verify corners, countertop and plinth connections, front opening, collisions, appliance dimensions, and installation and ventilation requirements. AR previews and the absence of warnings do not replace measurement or technical review.
A cutting-based production estimate requires current results covering the necessary materials. After changing a project, check whether calculations need to be repeated. Do not treat a partial or outdated cutting layout as a final ordering list.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app, including dimensions, materials, prices, technical parameters, client data and project settings.
Furniture Planner is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.
Limitation of liability
Furniture Planner assists with design and planning but does not replace professional technical verification. We do not guarantee that visualizations and calculations will be error-free or suitable for every furniture manufacturing method.
Liability for using the app is governed by applicable law and the applicable Apple license. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Client data, custom materials and backups
Only enter and share client data, images, textures and logos for which you have the necessary rights. Before sending a document, check that it does not contain information you do not intend to disclose to the recipient.
You manage your backups and exports. iCloud synchronizes supported data but does not replace an independent copy of an important project. A plan change or expiry may restrict feature access; do not treat it as a way to delete data. Processing details are provided in the Privacy Policy .
External services and remote configuration
Furniture Planner uses Firebase for diagnostics, analytics and app settings. Settings delivered over the internet may affect feature availability and the display of update notices and service interruptions.
You may be asked to update the app if your version is no longer supported. Some features may be temporarily unavailable during a service interruption. Projects remain stored on your device and, when synchronization is enabled, in iCloud. Firebase is not used to store furniture or kitchen projects.
Feature availability
The app is available on iPhone, iPad and compatible Apple Silicon Macs. Check the current App Store listing for system requirements.
Live 3D and AR require an eligible plan and device support for the feature. AR is available only on supported iPhones and iPads, not on Mac. Purchases, purchase restoration, synchronization and remote configuration may require internet access and external services.
Plans and features
Free
The 2D editor, a custom library and a limit of 3 furniture projects. When creating a new project, the app counts active, non-archived projects. Kitchen is available as a temporary 2D demo without saving. Free does not include Live 3D or AR.
Visual
Everything in Free, plus unlimited saved furniture and kitchen projects, kitchen materials, Live 3D and AR on supported devices.
Premium
Everything in Visual, plus client quotation PDFs, estimates, material lists and calculations, operation prices, optional iCloud synchronization and project import/export.
Studio
Everything in Premium, plus clients and jobs, branding, production documents, CSV, full backup, panel cutting, production costing, the bill of materials and parts (BOM). Cutting includes sheet usage, waste and reusable offcuts.
Studio Trial does not provide full Studio access; its exclusions and limits are described below. Visual, Premium and Studio are monthly plans. Check the app and Apple’s system purchase confirmation for the price and terms of a particular purchase.
Studio Trial
When available, you start Studio Trial using the button on the subscription screen, without making a purchase. It lasts 7 consecutive days from activation and allows you to create up to 3 projects in total across furniture and Kitchen. Using the third slot does not shorten the ongoing trial period. Deleting a project does not restore a slot or used exports.
The trial does not include iCloud synchronization, full backup, project import/export or kitchen material customization. It restricts changes to the base parameters of projects created during the trial. In Kitchen, you can open the Walls tab but cannot change wall geometry or the number of walls.
Export limits per project
- 1 client quotation PDF.
- 1 internal calculation PDF.
- 1 production PDF.
- 1 CSV shared across all CSV variants.
Each of the three PDF types has a separate counter. Successfully generating the file consumes the allowance; saving or sending it is not required. Closing the system share sheet does not reverse usage. An export that fails to generate does not consume the allowance.
Earlier trials and the update to 1.2.0
After updating to version 1.2.0, check the status of your earlier trial and its remaining allowances in the app. Updating is not intended to reset used trial allowances.
After the trial or subscription ends
Studio Trial does not renew into a paid subscription or itself trigger a charge. Buying a plan requires a separate Apple confirmation. When the trial or subscription ends, projects are not automatically deleted: access follows a still-valid base plan or Free. Paid features and synchronization require the appropriate current entitlement. This does not put every project into a uniform read-only mode; available actions depend on the plan and its limits.
Prices, currencies and calculations
Estimates depend on saved prices, units, the selected currency and project settings. A cutting-based result may differ from a material estimate because it accounts for sheets used and waste. We do not guarantee the lowest possible cost or a mathematically optimal parts layout.
Before preparing a quote, check prices, conversion factors and data completeness. After updating the app, also verify the base currency and prices of custom materials saved in earlier versions.
Subscriptions
Visual, Premium and Studio are monthly subscriptions handled by the App Store. Apple displays the price and billing terms before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under Apple’s rules. Studio Trial, described above, is a separate trial activated in the app, not a subscription purchase.
You manage plan changes and cancellation through your Apple Account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple cancellation help .
To restore a purchase, use the correct Apple Account and the restoration option in the app. Restoring a subscription restores entitlements, not local projects or backup files. Apple purchase restoration help .
Offline access does not extend the validity of a purchased plan. After 30 days without subscription verification, the app restricts paid features and requires an internet connection to verify the subscription again.

These Terms of Use supplement Apple’s standard license with rules for using Furniture Planner features, subscriptions, user responsibility, external services and documentation generated in the app.
Changes to these terms
Updates to these terms will identify their scope and when they apply, while respecting applicable user rights. Documents for earlier app versions remain available through the links on this page.
