Terms of Use

These terms describe how Furniture Planner may be used, how subscriptions are handled through the App Store and how external diagnostic, analytics and remote configuration services may support the app.

Use of the app

Furniture Planner helps create furniture concepts, layouts, estimates and documents. You are responsible for verifying all dimensions, materials, clearances, prices and production data before manufacturing or ordering.

Production verification

Exports, cut lists, estimates and visualizations are planning aids. Before production, confirm measurements, hardware requirements, installation conditions and material availability with a qualified professional.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app, including dimensions, materials, prices, technical parameters, client data and project settings.

Furniture Planner is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.

Limitation of liability

Furniture Planner is a tool that supports furniture design and planning.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee that it will be completely error-free, continuously available in all functions or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app owner is not liable for damages, financial losses, production errors, incorrect material orders, data loss or other consequences resulting from use of the app.

External services and remote configuration

Furniture Planner may use external services, including Firebase, for diagnostics, analytics and remote configuration. Some parts of the app may depend on remotely delivered configuration, such as maintenance mode, the minimum supported app version or build, technical messages, update prompts, feature availability and feature configuration.

You may be asked to update the app if your current version is no longer supported. During maintenance mode, some functions may be temporarily unavailable. Your project data remains stored locally on your device and, if you enable sync, in iCloud/CloudKit; Firebase is not used as storage for furniture projects.

Feature availability

Some app features may require an active subscription, internet access, Apple services or external services used by the app.

The availability of individual features may change as the product develops.

Subscriptions

Premium and Studio plans may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.

Apple Standard EULA

The app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) for App Store apps, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms of Use supplement Apple’s standard license with rules for using Furniture Planner features, subscriptions, user responsibility, external services and documentation generated in the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically as the app develops, functionality changes or legal requirements change.

The current version of the terms is always available in the app.
