Privacy Policy
Furniture Planner stores projects locally on your device. Selected features may optionally use iCloud sync and Firebase diagnostics, analytics and remote configuration. This policy explains what data the app handles and how support, subscriptions and cloud features work.
Data controller
The data controller for data processed by the Furniture Planner application is the owner of the Furniture Planner application.
Privacy contact: furnitureplanner.contact@gmail.com
Data stored in the app
Furniture Planner may store projects, furniture dimensions, materials, accessories, estimates, PDF/CSV export settings, client names and contact details, imported texture images, app settings and onboarding state on your device.
If you choose to use iCloud or CloudKit sync/backup features, supported app data may be stored in your Apple iCloud account to keep your devices in sync. iCloud data is handled through Apple services and your Apple ID settings.
Purposes of data processing
Data is processed only to provide app functionality, synchronize data between devices, create backups, handle subscriptions, ensure app stability, diagnose errors and develop the product.
Photos, files, camera and AR
The app can import board textures or project-related images from the photo library or file picker when you choose to add them. Camera access is used for AR preview and real-scale project visualization.
Diagnostics and support
When you contact support, you decide whether to send a report and whether to attach diagnostics. A report may include a JSON project diagnostic export, screenshot, app version, iOS version, device model, project ID and recent app logs. We use this information only to diagnose the issue you report.
Firebase diagnostics, analytics and remote configuration
Furniture Planner uses Firebase services provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on your jurisdiction. Firebase data may be processed according to the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy and security information.
For diagnostics, analytics and app configuration, the app may collect or send technical data such as device type, iOS version, app version and build number, app language or region, crash and error information, basic analytics events about app usage, and technical identifiers used by Firebase, such as Firebase installation identifiers or Crashlytics installation identifiers.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics helps detect, analyze and fix app crashes. It may collect crash reports, diagnostic logs, device information and app version information. This data is used only to improve app stability and resolve errors.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics helps us understand the general way the app is used, which features are used and where users may encounter problems. We use analytics for aggregated product and quality insights, not as a tool to identify named users. Events may include opening screens, using features, starting or completing a purchase or subscription flow, restoring a subscription, encountering configuration errors or opening update prompts.
Firebase Remote Config
Firebase Remote Config downloads configuration from Firebase servers so the app can receive operational settings without an app update. It may be used for the minimum supported app version or build, service messages, maintenance mode, update prompts, feature availability and feature configuration. Firebase Remote Config is not used to store private furniture projects.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Furniture Planner receives entitlement information needed to unlock features, but payment details are handled by Apple.
User rights
You may delete your data at any time by deleting projects from the app or disabling iCloud synchronization.
Data stored in Apple and Google services is also subject to the privacy policies of the respective service providers.
If you have questions about data processing, you may contact the data controller using the email address provided in this privacy policy.
No advertising or sale of data
Furniture Planner does not contain ads or advertising SDKs and does not sell user data. Firebase Analytics is used for app diagnostics and product analytics as described above.
Changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy may be updated periodically as the app develops and as legal or technical requirements change.
The current version of the privacy policy is always available in the app.
