Data controller
The data controller for data processed by the Furniture Planner application is the owner of the Furniture Planner application.

Data stored in the app
Furniture Planner does not require registration or an app-specific account. Purchases and optional iCloud use Apple Account services.
The device may store furniture and kitchen projects, dimensions and room geometry, modules and appliances, materials, fittings, lighting, visualization settings, prices, currencies, estimates, production parts and panel cutting results, including waste and reusable offcuts.
The app also stores furniture and kitchen standards, the library, custom textures, settings, branding and logos. Client records may include a name, phone number, email address, postal address and notes. The data stored depends on the features you use and the information you enter.
Optional iCloud synchronization
Synchronization is off by default. It requires you to enable it, an available iCloud account and paid Premium or Studio entitlements. Studio Trial does not include iCloud synchronization.
When you enable synchronization, your iCloud account may store complete projects, client details, furniture and kitchen standards, the library with textures, and settings including branding and logos.
Synchronization can run manually or automatically when you launch the app, return to it or save changes. Turning it off stops further synchronization but does not delete data from your device or iCloud. Synchronization does not replace an independent backup.
Exports, sharing and backups
Client quotation PDFs and project import/export are Premium and Studio features; production documents, CSV and full backup are Studio features. Exports available during Studio Trial have separate restrictions described in the trial terms . Documents may contain dimensions, materials, prices, client data and branding, depending on their content and settings.
A project JSON export contains the project and may include the linked client’s complete record. A full JSON backup includes projects, clients, the library, settings, standards and textures. It does not include subscription history. JSON files are not additionally encrypted by the app.
You share files using the system sharing menu and choose the recipient and destination. Copies saved in Files, iCloud Drive or other services are independent of in-app synchronization and remain outside the app’s control. Deleting data in the app does not delete these copies.
Purposes of data processing
Data is processed only to provide app functionality, synchronize data between devices, create backups, handle subscriptions, ensure app stability, diagnose errors and develop the product.
Photos, files, camera and AR
The system photo picker is used to import selected textures and logos. The app also accesses files you select. Imported textures and logos may be included in iCloud synchronization when enabled and in exported full backups.
The camera is used for AR previews on supported iPhones and iPads; AR is not available on Mac. Saving an AR image to the photo library requires permission to add photos, not access to read the entire library. The app does not send camera images directly to Firebase. You manage system permissions in device settings.
Contacting support
You send support requests yourself through email or system sharing. Including project data is off by default. When enabled, the attachment contains the complete project, your problem description, device and app information, and diagnostic information about app activity. Without a project attachment, the message still includes technical information useful for troubleshooting.
Diagnostic information and attachments are not automatically anonymized in full. They may contain project content and other confidential information. Review the message and attachments before sending and remove data that is not needed to resolve the issue.
The app does not send a support request automatically — you decide whether to send it. Correspondence includes the sender’s address, submitted content and attachments. We use it to address the support request.
Firebase diagnostics, analytics and remote configuration
Furniture Planner uses Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config, which are Google services. Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy and security information .
Firebase services may process information about feature usage, crash reports, technical device and app information, and identifiers assigned to the app installation. This data is not fully anonymous simply because it does not contain project names or client contact details.
Firebase Crashlytics
Crashlytics automatically sends crash reports to help us identify and fix errors. Reports may contain technical information, installation identifiers and information about actions in the app leading up to a crash.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics automatically collects information about app usage to help us understand how useful its features are and improve the product.
Collected information concerns activities such as project creation and deletion, exports and backups, 3D and AR, materials, adding or assigning clients, plan selection, purchases, trial usage, branding, updates and rating requests. It may include furniture or export type, plan, how a feature was accessed, project counts, the reason a feature was unavailable and app version. These events do not contain project names, content or identifiers, or client contact details.
Analytics and crash reporting operate automatically. The app does not provide a switch to turn them off. Sending a support request is a separate, voluntary action.
Firebase Remote Config
Remote Config provides app settings, including information about feature availability, required updates and service interruptions.
The app does not send project content or client data to Remote Config. The service may process installation identifiers and technical information needed to provide the appropriate settings.
Subscriptions
Apple handles purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. Furniture Planner receives information about your purchased plan to unlock features, while Apple handles payment details.
Data retention and deletion
You manage local projects and client data in the app. Turning off iCloud or letting a plan expire does not delete cloud data. Data may also remain on other devices, in exported files and in backups.
Deleting a synchronized item in the app does not permanently remove all of its data from iCloud. Its content may remain in the cloud. This version of the app has no feature for permanently deleting this remaining data from iCloud.
“Clear data” removes local app data but does not remove data from iCloud. Data left in the cloud may return when synchronization is enabled again. This feature also does not delete files previously saved or sent outside the app.
Messages and attachments sent to support are outside the local data-clearing mechanism. Contact us about their retention or deletion. Firebase retention periods depend on the service and Firebase project settings; deleting a furniture project in the app is not a request to delete diagnostic or analytics data.
User rights
These rights apply to your personal data processed by the controller in connection with your use of Furniture Planner, including when you contact support. To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access to and a copy of that data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
Send requests to the email address provided in the footer of this page. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority; in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
No advertising or sale of data
Furniture Planner does not display advertising or sell user data. Firebase Analytics is used for the product analytics described above.
